&lt;p&gt;sure!! ill give you the recipe to two of my favourite dinner meals :)&lt;strong&gt;&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Chicken Fajitas&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;1 onion&lt;br/&gt;2 cloves garlic&lt;br/&gt;sliced chicken breast&lt;br/&gt;tomato paste (amount as desired)&lt;br/&gt;1 tortilla &lt;br/&gt;diced tomatoes (amount as desired)&lt;br/&gt;diced cucumber (amount as desired) &lt;br/&gt;any other veg to garnish!&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;1.cook the chopped onion until soft in as little soya bean oil as you can, add the diced garlic&lt;br/&gt;2.add the raw chicken and cook until not pink in the middle&lt;br/&gt;3.add the tomato paste to desired consistency and stir &lt;br/&gt;4.fill tortilla and garnish with any veg you wish and enjoy!&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Tomato and courgette pasta/rice&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;1 cup brown rice or pasta or your choice&lt;br/&gt;5 cherry tomatoes&lt;br/&gt;1 tsp tomato paste &lt;br/&gt;pinch of salt and pepper&lt;br/&gt;2 cloves garlic&lt;br/&gt;1 onion &lt;br/&gt;1/2 can of cherry tinned tomatoes &lt;br/&gt;2tbsp balsamic vinegar&lt;br/&gt;2/3 chopped courgettes&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;1.cook the chopped onion until soft in as little soya bean oil as you can, add the diced garlic. start cooking the rice/pasta&lt;br/&gt;2.add cherry tomatoes and cook till soft&lt;br/&gt;3.add courgettes and cook till soft&lt;br/&gt;4.add tinned tomatoes and tomato past and bring to the boil&lt;br/&gt;5.add the salt/pepper and balsamic vinegar and stir&lt;br/&gt;6.serve the sauce on the rice and enjoy!&lt;/li&gt;
