weighing in at 142 pounds for 2011
should be a lot better but could be a lot worse. lost a stone and a bit this year and will lose lots more next year, my goal weight for my birthday is somewhere around 130 pounds, wish me luck + happy new year to everyone

going vegetarian again. went back to meat/ate like...
people are still saying to me that i’ve lost weight which is probably why i kept eating all this stuff, because i thought it wouldn’t really matter that much but IT IS and IT DOES. going to do some cardio tomorrow and take it from there, but no meat + a lot of fruit and veg + 1000 kcals a day, will see how this one goes. daily weigh ins to be posted.
